Scope
This notice covers information we receive through this public website and the registration form. The Google API Services section also covers Google registration, sign-in and account linking within app.phoenix7ai.com. Other operational data in the private application and desktop configuration is governed by its specific controls, permissions and terms.
This website is not a banking or Binance application. Do not enter credentials for those platforms here.
Customer application and operational data
This notice governs the public website and account registration. The private customer application may process other categories needed for operations: orders, receipts, conversations, bank configuration and execution records.
Such processing is governed by the customer agreement and application controls. Identity verification takes place on the relevant platforms and through the relevant providers, not through this website. Bank and Binance credentials are configured on the customer's computer and are not requested here.
If you are a customer and need details about your operational data, email soporte@phoenix7ai.com with the subject “Privacy · customer application”.
Google API Services
Phoenix P2P uses Google services only to create an account, sign in and link a Google identity to a Phoenix account. The requested scopes are openid, email and profile. We use the account identifier, name and verified email; we do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Google Photos, contacts or files.
Your name and email are added to your Phoenix account; the Google identifier allows us to recognize the linked sign-in. This data is retained during the service relationship and according to the retention periods described in this notice. Access is limited to authorized personnel and infrastructure providers needed to deliver and protect the service, or parties required to intervene by law.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or train AI models with it. We do not use Google APIs to generate, edit, store or distribute images, video, voice, synthetic content or AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII). Google's role is limited to authentication; order evidence comes from its participants, not from Google.
You can revoke access from your Google Account and request deletion of your data by emailing soporte@phoenix7ai.com. Revoking Google access does not by itself delete your Phoenix account or records we must retain. The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.

How we obtain data
We receive data directly from you when you complete the registration form, contact support or use a contact channel published on this website. We also generate limited technical records when you submit a request, to enforce submission limits, detect abuse and confirm delivery.

Required information
Your name, email and acceptance of the terms are required to create your account. Your password and Authenticator are configured in the application after email verification.
Accuracy and updates
Information you submit must be accurate, complete and up to date. Do not use another person's data without authorization or fictional identities to register. If your details change during registration, you can request correction through the privacy contact channel.
We may request reasonable clarification to verify the information. An incomplete, contradictory or fraudulent request may be rejected or archived, without prejudice to other applicable measures.
Recipients and processors
Only the Phoenix support team and providers of hosting infrastructure, email delivery, security and abuse prevention may access the data. These providers act on Phoenix's behalf, with limited access and confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share it with Binance or banks for this request. We will disclose it to competent authorities only where there is a legal obligation or valid request, or where necessary to defend rights.
International transfers
Some infrastructure or email providers may process information outside Venezuela. When this occurs, we will apply reasonable contractual and security measures to protect the data and limit access to what is necessary.

We retain account data during the relationship and the records needed to handle complaints, prevent repeated use of the trial and meet applicable obligations. Historical admission requests retain the previously disclosed period of up to twelve months from the decision or last interaction. Confidentiality and internal access
Access to data is limited to personnel and processors who need it for the purposes described. We apply confidentiality obligations, access control and least privilege. We do not share your request with other applicants or use it to promote third-party services.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as encryption in transit, access control, least privilege, security records and separate environments. No system is completely infallible; if a relevant incident occurs, we will act according to applicable law.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising cookies. It saves your theme under the key phoenix-public-theme and your statistics choice under phoenix-public-analytics-consent, in your browser's local storage. The choice expires after 180 days; you can change it earlier from “Privacy preferences” in the homepage footer.
Optional homepage statistics
Only if you accept, we use GoatCounter hosted on our Hetzner server to count visits and actions: sections viewed, demo, plans, free-trial clicks and visits to the trial section. Sources are limited to known labels such as Google, Instagram or Telegram; we do not send full addresses, URL parameters, form fields, names, emails, phone numbers, bank details or information about real orders.
Aggregated page, source and browser statistics are retained for 90 days. We do not store individual visits or IP addresses in the statistics database. To estimate distinct visitors, GoatCounter may temporarily associate the IP address and browser in memory for up to eight hours. Data is not sent to an external analytics provider. Private backups are retained for seven additional days.
You can decline and continue using the homepage and form. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals; withdrawing acceptance stops subsequent submissions without retroactively deleting statistics already aggregated. Measurement is limited to the public page: it is not included in the operational dashboard and does not identify customers. You can change your choice on the homepage or clear the site's data in your browser.
We do not include advertising pixels or third-party scripts on the public homepage.
Minors
The website and account registration are intended for adults with legal capacity to operate. We do not request or wish to receive data from minors. If we detect a minor's information, we will delete it.
Third-party data
Do not submit other people's data without their authorization. If you include information about a partner, employee or counterparty, you confirm that you have a basis for sharing it and have informed that person.
Third-party links and services
This website may mention or link platforms such as Binance P2P, Bybit P2P, OKX P2P, banks, Telegram, Windows or Android. Those services are operated by third parties and have their own privacy policies and terms. Phoenix does not control their practices or automatically receive data you enter on them.
Do not use external links to send us credentials or sensitive information. When you leave this website, review the destination service's policy before providing data.
Trademarks and compatibility
The names and logos of Binance, Bybit, OKX, Banco de Venezuela, BBVA Provincial, Banesco, Bancamiga, Telegram, Windows and Android belong to their respective owners. They are shown solely to identify platforms, integrations or compatibility. Their presence does not imply sponsorship, partnership, recommendation or endorsement of Phoenix.
Automated decisions
Registration is processed automatically: we verify email, apply abuse limits and require security setup. There is no manual commercial assessment to create an account. Trial activation and operational features retain their configuration, identity and compatibility checks.
